The app was somewhat easy to use. I did have problems understanding the steps needed to meet all of the requirements. Even now I still am getting a message that says I haven't met all of the requirements but I have filled out each field to the best of my ability. I will continue to work with it just to make sure that I am not missing anything. Overall it was a good experience.
Unable to modify or cancel my add!!!! So the bill keeps adding up!! Grrr Am so upset I want to delete my shopping account!!

You can pause your ad from the Google Shopping App, by clicking on "view campaign" and then "pause activity"

I would use google again and again for my marketing and campaign. Google is good ad campaign tool to help grow your business.
This app is a total disaster. Following all setup steps and spending a lot of time to present all our products diligently, we got banned by Google, and then spent months trying to find out how to unblock our account. Until today we haven't succeeded.
They keep sending us vague emails, telling us to read endless articles and policies and guess what we might have done wrong.
Not only is this treatment pretty arrogant and condescending to a merchant with absolutely no intention to do any harm. It's also completely disrespectful of our time. We have wasted so much time on this topic with no outcome.
The monopoly that a company like Google holds unfortunately allows them to treat merchants like this.

The process to add product to my Shopify store has been a nightmare and still has not synched with my store. I have been on with multiple agents from Google and they were little to no help. Thank goodness for Shopify they are currently assisting me on this issue.

Super easy and efficient -- why pay more? I have used many other feed managers and it doesn't compare to this app
That's a shame for an official Shopify App :
- Only 1 country targeting feed
- Does not even link UPC/EAN to Merchant center
- So few settings (Cannot desactivater "out of stock" products by example in our feed

I just downloaded the app to help me with keeping track of Google Business with my shop....so far so good easy to follow steps , help has been helpful :), I will update after i get further into the app and all it cool integrations.....
Muy buen integración con Shopify. Aunque me parece que en Shopify tiene un desfase de varias horas con respecto al Google Merchant Center.
