My goal was connecting YouTube shopping as our videos are the #1 source of conversion. This App is extremely frustrating. Forced me to create a new Merchant Center account rather than feed to our existing account which has worked perfectly for years. This shut down my Google Ad campaigns for a week while waiting for approval of products and various errors to patch up. Finally all connected, new Merchant Center is up and running. STILL CANNOT GET YOUTUBE TO PICKUP OUR PRODUCTS! I lost a significant amount of revenue in this transition, and it seems like Shopify isn't providing any support. There should be a litany of troubleshooting videos. Very disappointed.

If I could 0 star I would.
With stores over 50,000, the app will basically say its not going to happy. Atleast with the original application, you could select a collection to publish to google merchant, now it wants your entire feed. Support has been shocking on the app, I fear could be a downfall of Shopify
BIG BUG! Please fix it. The page just redirect again and again . I can even not reach the home page of google shopping.
This app is useless! We have a set amount of $2/day through our Etsy shop and we have more views, impressions etc then this. I'm talking anything above 0! We tried changing our shopping campaign multiple times with different daily amounts to spend and have not gotten above 0 EVERYTHING in stats other than when we changed it to $7/day where we had 1 impression, RIDICULOUS! Our adwords that spends $2/daily does way better than this. Don't waste your time.
Google somehow managed to make more products out of the variants we have on our website and subsequently suspended our account.
I should have taken the other reviews seriously.

Rien ne fonctionne. Les produits ne se synchronisent pas. J'ai 135 produits, tous avec le canal Google activé et les produits disponibles, mais impossible de les retrouver sur mon compte Merchant Center. Le flux API n'a pas été créé automatiquement. Le support Shopify n'est pas compétent, et le support Google ne répond pas.

Don't use this app, it will get your Google Merchant account suspended due to "misrepresentation". Google support is utterly useless, if you try to talk to a human they'll tell you gems like "I suggest that you ensure that everything is in line with our policies." But it seems to be caused by errors from this feed, which there is no way to correct.

What a shitty app.... Account got suspended and banned it because of shopify. Now I contacted google and got it lifted but then it STILL doesnt give a good feed.... Very bad app and please fix this, its crucial!!

The main issue that we have is the GTIN missing issue, but apparently that's old news with the amount of reviews and the inability for the issue to be fixed. Either support doesn't have the authority to float this critical issue up, or there's a brick wall between Shopify and Google. Either way, not very reassuring. Through testing it has become pretty clear that either column for GTIN on the data being sent to GMC either has a bad naming convention or bad path way assignments as GMC will pull all other data but the UPC, which is on the data sheet going to GMC - it just gets read on the GMC side as a blank cell. The thing that is really irritating is that although we cant fix this ourselves, it cannot be that hard of a fix.
