This app does not work! Do not loose your time on it! They say it take 5-7 days to get an answer but after 2 weeks no response.
Thank you for sharing this feedback! I understand how frustrating the wait was. Typically, Google can take up to 10 business days to review and approve these products. Every product is reviewed individually so it can occasionally take longer. That being said, I’ve followed up with you via email so we can take a closer look at this issue. J'ai installé cette app et depuis je me suis fait suspendre mon compte merchant et google ads, malgré plusieurs demande d'examen je n'ai pas réussi à récupérer mon compte qui était vieux et aucun problème avant. C'est scandaleux !!!
As others have said... absolutel crap. Old app you could only upload certain collections or keep products from uploading by not putting a UPC on the product. New app? Nope uploads everything. Went from 400 products in my feed to all 1700 products we sell. Anyway to opt out of some of these products? Nope. Seriouesly shopify why push crap on your customers
This app says that my products are approved for Google Shopping but when I opened my Google Merchant Account, it has been disapproved. They do not show the same data. I've gone back and forth trying to fix things and this Shopify app keeps saying it's approved and the merchant account keeps saying its not. It is a scary app to use because it makes you think that your products are all okay and showing in Google Shopping but it's not - it looks like a cover-up for a bad job with creating the app.
I have been trying for over 3-weeks to simply setup my account. My products have repeatedly been rejected for "violating" policy. Yet, I've not been told what the violation is or how to correct it. Finally just deleted the app and moved on.

I'm not understanding how this app can work for some people and not others. It keeps telling me the name of my store is incorrect, when I know for a fact it is correct. To be as advanced as Google is, I expect better. Why would I spend money on Google Adds when your system does not even recognize the name of my store. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. Unless support gets this right, I'm moving on from this app.

Do not install this app. I am paying more money, for less viability, and am unable to modify any of the options to optimize the products being sold, can't use radius targeting, can't edit AD schedule etc.
The products don't sync to your feed and it DELETES your existing feeds, so you pretty much have to start from scratch with your google merchant account if you use this app.

This app works very poorly for unique used or vintage items. Many important Google Merchant fields are not available to be set from within Shopify or even by uploading a product .csv to Shopify. Alternative feed files uploaded to Google fail because the app will not upload "failed" objects to be amended by the alternative feed.
It's very sad that Shopify can't get this working well when many independent app providers can.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star to be honest. My items have been processing for nearly 20 days now and I pretty much give up any hope that they will process based on all of the lovely reviews I'm reading. Don't waste your time on this one.
