Not a good app for stores with many products. We have more than 10,000 products and were constantly fighting with Google over their numerous automated error alerts. We were threatened several times by Google of removing us from the index all-together. We no longer advertise on Google and don't bother with Google shopping anymore. No content API updates since Dec 29th and now all of our products risk expiring in Merchant Center. I will strongly consider switching to a competitor platform after over 5 years of business with you if this is not fixed imminently. This incompetence may result in us not being able to advertise our products which is mandatory to generate sales.

Please get this fixed ASAP.

I have been trying to fix an issue with my custom items not showing up because Google thinks they should a GTIN or MPN and they do not. I have contacted both Shopify and Google about it. I've tried everything they recommended and they still cannot tell me why my items are asking for this. They're all marked as custom items. I am beyond frustrated.

We've used this channel for years with no issue. As of March 2023, our products have suddenly started expiring and causing errors on paid search. Waiting to hear from Google on this. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Help!

this is a nightmare. I set it up and it unverified my domain with google and I cant re-verify it. Traffic has dropped as a result. This needs testing before made available to shops. Such a terrible product.

Our issue is your tag team installed the Google tags on our website before the Google YouTube channel

This makes our tags all mixed up

The migration from ya to ga4 also made tracking confusing

My old app was FINE and everything published. New app did not publish some of my products and now they are NOT APPROVED. CMON shopify! You can do better than this. Work out the quirks before doing a HASTY RELEASE! Your messing up stores doing this!
