I used this app and my products were all the time not approved... I uninstalled the app and now I lost google console.

Ich bin nicht nur vom Google Kanal, sondern auch vor allem vom Merchant Center mehr als enttäuscht. Sie legen einem Steine in den Weg, wo es nur geht. Ich empfinde dieses "Misrepresenting" und "entspricht nicht den Richtlinien" inzwischen als reine Schikane. Ich habe den Support des Merchant Centers bereits mehr als einmal angeschrieben und darum gebeten, dass mir konkret mitgeteilt wird, wo die "Fehler" sein sollen. Habe darauf hingewiesen, dass ich natürlich daran interessiert bin, eventuelle "Fehler" zu korrigieren...habe dies auch auf Verdacht gemacht, da als Reaktion auf meine E-Mails immer nur eine Standard-Nachricht kam, sodass man merkte, dass garnicht auf meinen Inhalt eingegangen wurde.
Wie kann man Fehler korrigieren, wenn man nicht weiß, was angeblich falsch sein soll. Für mich sieht das eher aus, als ob das an den Haaren herbeigezogen wurde. Alle angeblichen "Produktfehler"von Google, die ich auf Gutdünken korrigiert habe (und per Screenshot festgehalten habe) und kurze Zeit verschwunden waren, sind inzwischen wieder und wieder aufgetaucht.....es werden fehlende Barcodes bemängelt, die alle vorhanden sind ...bei Tierfutter werden Altersgruppe, Gender etc. verlangt - was soll das?.
Das Merchant Center scheint sich nicht bewußt zu sein, dass es damit Existenzen ausbremst. Es ist enttäuschend, dass kleinere Unternehmen, die mit einem Online Shop durchstarten wollen, somit erst garkeine Chance haben, ihre Produkte auf den Markt zu bringen. Für mich ist das reine Willkür
If you make a mistake to let the app "automatically" import your shipping settings, it will completely wipe out all shipping settings you may created manually. Also, the imported settings will not be applied to Shopping actions (the app does not know about shopping actions, because, like many other apps provided by Shopify it is about 18-24 month behind in functionality). As the result, you will be completely screwed!
Bottom line: the app provides limited functionality and causing a lot of harm

It is true that if you select automatic shipping settings, we wipe what's in your Google Merchant Center account, and we can definitely make that more obvious, and I'll pass that up to our team. We don't support Shopping Actions because right now it's only available in two countries, but we do support Surfaces Across Google, for free listings on Google. I'm going to follow up with you via email to make sure we can do everything possible for you.

I got an email saying "Switch to the new Google Shopping channel before Jan 31, 2018"
This upgrading just wrecked my store selling on Google Shopping and ruined my Facebook Product Catalogs.
It only has a few Generic Google Product Categories. From the total 5,405 Google Product Categories, you get a drop list of only 14 choices and "OTHER."
14 out of 5,000? NUTS!
When I upgraded, it lost the Product Categories, Gender, and Age for over 1,000 products.
I have over 1,000 products with no way to bulk update. I have to update and save each product one by one in a web browser.
Image the downtime, lost sales and labor cost!!! No bulk edit. No CSV edit. Nothing.
I am ruined.
This thing is not anywhere near being functional for any type of business.
It is like it was made by people with no idea who uses it and what it is used for.
The FOUR MOST IMPORTANT parts of any Google Shopping Feed
1. The Product Category
2. A unique Product UPC Code or Manufacturer Part Number or SKU
3. Shopping campaign labels
4. Bulk Edit critical values
With out those four features, you got nothing that will work for anyone.
Installation is easy, but Google disapproves all products without any kind of help on what needs to be changed to get them approved. Contacting their customer support also doesn't help, as they simply refer you to their general list of requirements, which contains hundreds of entries. This makes it impossible to identify changes needed. Very disappointed.

For some reason the app doesn't install the pixel events on my website. It's been almost 2 months since the "developers" of Shopify would look at it. Still nothing.

Absolutely horrific. No customer support. Very obscure process. I am an artist and they marked one of my oil paintings as sex trafficking! Idiots. The painting is abstract and it showed a nipple.

I could not even sign into my google acct to link this...it kept saying "Disable pop-up blocker" even after I did it still didn't work. It's stupid and infuriating!

I installed this app and it worked fine for a bit but suddenly stopped syncing the product and dropped to just 9 product out of 1500. No explanation and mid December after what has been a hell of a year. Shopify have no clue about what happened.
