We have been using this app for over a year. However, in December 2021 we noticed that customers were using discount codes that are for internal employees, friends and families. It turns out that any 'active' discount code is being sent to Merchant Center and they in turn open it to the universe. We had to inactivate all our discount codes except for just a few. We had to cancel multiple orders where customers used them. Bad time of year, bad customer relations. We reported it immediately on that day (Dec 10) and have not gotten any word from support since. Multiple shops have reported this problem to no avail. Would be great to give the shop owner the ability indicate what channel the codes can be 'shared' on. Currently we are operating at a big disadvantage with no ability to treat our mailing list customers special.

We appreciate hearing feedback like this as our team is working towards a permanent resolution to this issue. Google Channel has suspended my account due to misrepresentation, which all fields they require is has been added. Plus GTIN is on all products but still not accepting it. Google help is of no help at all

I kept getting an error or misrepresentation message, this isn't a good app for beginners, not user friendly and there's no live support.

I like the setup of adding product on there lol it seems pretty simple and looking at it as another traffic stream.
Does much more harm than good. Doesn't work at all and results in your Google account getting suspended due to data quality issues, even though all of the correct data exists within your product details on Shopify.

I haven't tried the app yet, but connecting my account was fairly simple. I hope to use this app often in the future!

Great app clear and very useful I strongly suggest to add to make shopify app store complete. Google is the most intelligent worldwide company that achieved everything Thank you Google

Honestly I haven’t really used google shopping all that much but I use google search all that time and I’ve never had any problems or what not
