It keep saying suspended due to misrepresentation. They told me to make sure I have my contact information visible along with the refund policy and shipping policy. I made sure all of that was there in multiple places. Still not approved.

Fix this ASAP as well please introduce outside of US shipping and currencies.

Shopify has not sent an API sync to Google since December 29th. Prior to that only a few, random sync's where sent. All of our products on Google Merchant Center expired. Shopify customer support was made aware of the issue and so far no help.

The old app was much better.

I have entered and double-checked the contact information in my store a thousand times. Customers can access the page - Contact Form, a link to my contact information and pages on social networks. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I chose Shopify because i wanted to direct more of my sales to my own website instead of using Amazon for all my sales. I was excited to use the Google App. I signed up in April and everything was going fine for a few days. Was getting good traffic and then Bam! I was suspended for Suspicious Payments. I have been trying to fix this but no one from Goggle ...

So, far. No good. Error messages come with no instructions or understandable reason for appearing. Google is fast to set up payment, and then as usual, leave the customer with no help or decipherable instructions. I'm not sure Shopify apps are any good TBH, but Google is notoriously unfriendly to small businesses. I think I just wasted a morning with zero positive results.
