Had several products disapproved upon downloading the app. After wasting time researching solutions, tweaking product pages to apply the seemingly needed changes and waiting for pending products to be reviewed, nothing has changed.
The support team's help so far has been dismal, feels like the rep did not care about helping at all.
Overall: a lot of time lost, very disappointing.

Well i placed and ad and it kept saying it was creating and never stopped. The ads went through but i couldn't edit, delete or pause the ad because it was stuck saying "creating" basically taking my money without my controll...Deleted and i want my ad spend back.
Support is terrible.
Conversion tracking is not working .... not data layer is installed on my store. It is supposed that this channel installs the boiler plate code for enhaced ecommerce tracking but none is registered

I used this app and found it painfully useless. With each update of the feed to Google, my products were disapproved because my polo shirts were labeled as pharmaceuticals for some reason. Hi Shopify, There seems to be a problem where if dont have a custom product and you dont input the MPN, the App will not send the Barcode/GTIN over to Google.
This problems seems to have been here for a month or two now. If you input the Barcode/GTIN into the MPN and not Ticking the custom product, Google Merchant Center will then get the GTIN.
