At first, when I installed it and used it under the Sales Channel it was good. It helped my sales. However, about a week ago, Shopify moved it back to Apps and removed it from Sales Channel. For some reasons, that affected my traffic a lot. Not getting traffic and not getting sales. Not working at all, after following all the instructions and guides still got incorrect errors showing up

Impossible to get Shopify linked to YouTube. keep getting automated emails saying misrepresentation or policy violations. Nobody at GMC or YT team can provide a solution. Gave up in the end. Fail. Been a month now and support still can't figure it out!

I won't recommend using this! Since it is not working properly! The google shopping campaign must be done via google ads directly! This app is useless just like the support team of google ads.

Funktioniert gar nicht, einfach graues Bildschirm und nichts kommt. Ich verstehe den Sinn der Werbung von Shopify in SUMMER 2023 Edition nicht, wo sie es werben, ohne dass diese App auch etwas taugt

Support is terrible.

Conversion tracking is not working .... not data layer is installed on my store. It is supposed that this channel installs the boiler plate code for enhaced ecommerce tracking but none is registered

i have literally been trying at this for months. ive gotten ahold of google automated emails but not a person. disapprove my products then suspend my account telling me to update products but cant update cause its suspended. crazy circle. no help at all from google. and now because of it my ads account is now suspended so messed for just regular non corporate business

Worst experience. Made 2 accounts was fine then got suspended on one for suspicous payment even though both accounts are on the same debit card? 1 day later my merch center got suspended for terms and conditions as well as my 2nd google ad account? My account has been rejected since I opened the store. It tells me that I haven't added contact details and they are in the footer menu. I'm fed up. I don't know what else to do
