I've had this up for over a month now and still 0 traffic from it with a good size daily budget not sure what the issue is but any help would be appreciated.

Too many restrictiions! Takes a lot of time...too many questions you gather a lot of informations to us and you gather alot of money as well from us but the service still

A poorly integrated application with minimal control, that only does a mediocre job.
Unfortunately at the moment this is the only comment I can make on this application.

I gave it ONE STAR only because they will not accept a review with ZERO stars.

Tried Google PPC ads in 2013; ended up spending over $1000 and got ZERO sales from it. OK, so it's 5 years later & everything is different; try again-after spending $249 across 3 weeks, it generated about $0.22 in sales for every $1 spent. This is a formula for ROCKETING to the poorhouse!

This app provided by Google automates everything and make a very poor optimized campaign for your products. Not only that, from time to time it will block your Merchant account and you will end up with little to no help trying to figure out what API the app made to break the data. I used this app and shortly after my Google My Business profile was suspended. The only thing that changed was using this app. We've had no problems since 2014. Google won't tell me what their problem is now. Awful customer service. We're a brick and mortar bookshop and absolutely qualify. I can only assume this app is to blame. I would avoid it like the plague.

So I have been using the original google shopping app for long time and without any issues and last few months, I was told that the app I'm using will be discontinued (maybe end of january?). This app is an absolute waste of time. The app states it takes up to 10 business days for your products to get approved, well it has been a month now and not a single product has been approved.

My account was suspended due to misrepresentation. Trying to fix it is fruitless Google won't explain the issue and Shopify hasn't a clue. Really frustrating for such a simple product and e-commerce site. In addition every reply from Shopify references useless help on fixing the issue. Shame there is no 0 star option. This "app" literally does nothing please do not install it. You have to out input all your product data again for the app to work, when all other apps use the product information you have already entered.

You have to re-enter every product detail including GTIN, Category (no drop-down menu available to select from) everything.

It truly is awful, please do not use ...
