I need help to see my store in Google. every time I click to open the sales chanel it says ERROR PAGE NOT FOUND

Account was suspended for "Custom" products. Everything was corrected requested re-review and the only thing they tell me is hurry up and wait. It cant be this hard to review an account that you disabled so quickly without warning. We are over the weeks of run around. No one seems to care or want to help resolve this issue.

It was great in the first few days, but then all of our five thousands products got disapproved from enhanced listing and google do not give us a particular reason. We cannot find the solution from the articles provided. Many products were moved into pending without a reason. There is no useful support at all.

I've been sturggling for about a month with my merchant account being suspended for "misrepresentation". They claim that when you're account is suspended, you'll receive an email with more details about the issue and information about how to fix it. The app simply doesn't work at all. Incorrect data and wrong shipping information. The products stay pending for days and never get processed. Complete garbage.

I dont even want to give this app any stars. You will work endlessly for hours believing that this will boost your sales. It does not your time is better spent on something else for your business. Its to difficult and when you seem to have figured it out, it deletes everything you did to get your product in the google shopping feed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS!

Google ads account was suspended after using this app.. no word from google for weeks on what the issue is so can only assume this app had something to do with it. I sell clothing, jewelry and makeup so not sure what would have gone against any policy.

Pretty terrible. Bad UI, complicated where it shouldn't be(the interface, getting around, setting things up) and not complex enough where it should be ( sale settings, options, product management)

I used the application to connect with my Google channel but it doesn't send correctly the product feed to google merchant center when my products have variants, it appears error in all my products "Product availability needs to match your product landing page." and I can't create ads.
I have invested many hours in reviewing the products without being able to publish them.

I was using the app until it was suggested to upgrade to the shopping channel. Big mistake. Lost all momentum. Sales are down. Shopify gurus can't seem to fix errors that keep happening over and over. Also sending the wrong shipping pricing to Google! Giving the highest priced shipping method.
