This app is not working. Our product have been showing as pending for over 2 weeks. We have reached out to support many times to see how to fix the errors with no help. Is there a shopify expert that can help let us understand what the issue is? This is the worst marketing experience ever. We are loosing money trying to figure it out.

El proceso para configurarlo ha sido realmente muy sencillo. Y los productos se sincronizan sin mucho esfuerzo.
