I won't recommend using this! Since it is not working properly! The google shopping campaign must be done via google ads directly! This app is useless just like the support team of google ads.

Die APP hat bis vor kurzem gut funktioniert. Seit ca. einer Woche 12.12.2021 werden über die APP keine GTINs/EANs an die Google Merchant Center - Content API übertragen.
Nothing but problems with this and has resulted in loss of sales. Regret making the switch so soon, the other app was flawless. Very disappointed and angry.
Under Google Ads Account it keeps showing me just one Google Ads account id that I don't want to use. How do I link it to another Ads account?
Impossible to synch our custom labels and other google fields since the end of december.
The guys at Shopify dev team should understand ASAP that fixing this issue with this app is a MANDATORY PRIORITY !
How could you guys ignore the STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE of Google Shopping for your customers being e-shop owners ?
It's been 3 weeks people are complaining here and all we read is "we'll get back to you sometime soon or later". SERIOUSLY ?
Your greedy top management must have fired far too many dev people !
If not solved before the end of next week, we'll switch all our shops to another platform were we might finally benefit from GA4 before the very very last day of UA support !

This app doesn't allow me to complete the set up integration with google and YouTube. There is no easy way to contact google about this issue. If I cannot finish the setup or contact google for help, what is the point in having this app as an option to add to my site on Shopify?

Lyvisi Afriq Wear I moved to Shopify to see if I could get better traffic to my website through Google. I sell custom made goods and google has never worked with my website. Google continues to disapprove my merchant account. I feel that the entire process is a waste of my time, energy, and money.

Started out great for about the first 10 days. Then got hit with suspensions by Google on both Ads and Merchant Center accounts for "Misrepresentation" Tried for weeks get an understanding of what was wrong from both Google and Shopify. Only received emails containing ambiguous info with out any clear and direct info regarding what's wrong and how to fix it.

Having problems with this App. It tells us our account is suspended, but when we check with Google they say all is fine!

Although my products are complete with EAN and MPN, on my google Merchant it says it is missing! Can someone help me?
