my products suddenly stopped showing by google ads, mailed, called, they there is no account issues but still my problem is not solved

We've used this for years with no issue. As of mid-March 2023, our products have suddenly started expiring!? Waiting to hear from Google on this, but seems many uses are experiencing the same issue. Help!

I used this app to connect my shopify store. it seems to be relatively simple to set up. as far as execution of the app and how my shop has fared, i can't say yet. will update at a later date.
