Like others, over the span of a week, all of our products expired and we ended up with no active items on our Google Merchant account. We tried to solve the issue on our own, not really expecting to succeed, especially after seeing so many similar situations reported in these reviews. We are not sure if it will help anyone else, but we did discover that our primary feed had been deleted. We reconnected that and after 36 hours were very pleasantly surprised to see all of the item were active again.
I used this app to increase my selling preformed to my online store's and get more sales. Only time will tell how good it is
The support service came to me to help me understand my past issues. The app is not fantastic but it works.

I am a first time user of Google Chanel. it seams like it very helpful. the information provided was relevant
I used this app to make marketing and sele, I don't know very well but I hope to get the best result in the future
I initially had issues with the app syncing and I reached out to Shopify support and my products are now synced with google merchant center. Still working with google on getting feed with the correct info so google can approve products.

The info was some what easy to understand I just wish it had pricing. I hope I can get more traffic to my store
Seems to be Ok but it also seems to be somewhat clunky the way that it interacts with the Shopify network.
It wasn't easy to understand how to provide the missing information. I'm still not certain of what I should do. It states that I have missing info, but no instruction on how to fix the issue of what Google needs to link to my shopify account.
I didn't search for a tutorial video, but would have enjoyed seeing a link to one for help.
It is very user friendly, I found it easy to set up. Very little time was required, which is a feature I really appreciate.
