Der Google Merchant Center Support ist das schlechteste, was ich je gesehen habe, ungeschulte Mitarbeiter, die immer wieder die gleichen Antworten schreiben. Es wurden mehrere Center gesperrt, keinerlei Hilfe von keiner der Mitarbeiter zu erwarten. Sie kommen ins Stottern, weil sie selber nicht mehr wissen, was sie sagen sollen, weil sie nur überfordert sind.
Meine Existenz und meine Selbstständigkeit stehen auf dem Spiel, von monatlichen 60.000€ bis 70.000€ Umsatz auf 0€ zufallen und keine Reaktionen von Google und dem Merchant Center Support, selbst wenn der Anwalt schreibt, keine Reaktionen.
Da gibt man monatlich fast 10.000€ bei Google ads aus und bekommt als Antwort warum oder wegen was die Center gesperrt sind, immer das gleiche, Sie können mir nicht helfen, sie hätten selber keine Möglichkeiten.
Selbst in der Google Merchant Community List man nur von gesperrten Centern und das keiner eine Hilfe bekommt und keinerlei Optionen auf eine gute Zusammenarbeit. Ich hoffe, Shopify versucht mal bei Google Druck zu machen, dass es so nicht weiter geht!

DO NOT USE if: 1) You have a store located in California (this will send incorrect sales tax information to Google, which Shopify cannot fix) or 2) If you have any integration with Google Express or Shopping Actions (this will cause you to oversell out of stock items that cannot be backordered)
Thanks for sharing this feedback on our Google Shopping app! Currently, the app imports your tax settings from your Shopify Admin, so we may want to evaluate your current settings. The Google Shopping app is designed for running ads on Google Shopping does not send inventory tracking information. Apps that facilitate sales may not be able to pull the necessary information to track inventory properly. I need help to see my store in Google. every time I click to open the sales chanel it says ERROR PAGE NOT FOUND

Useless app, as stated by countless others. Doesn't do a single thing for "active campaigns", other than let them sit idle.

Thanks for your feedback on your active campaign, just to let you know that it takes 15 days for Google to Optimise the promotional Ads as Google tests out the best way to promote your product's across Google Ad Network when you start a Smart Shopping Campaign and 30 days to be fully optimised. The longer a Google Shopping Smart Campaign is running the better results you should have overtime.

The app is terrible for those who have products with multiple variations. I have products that have 40 variations (considering color and size), as they are clothing items. It doesn't recognize either color or size in the variations and limits the display on Google. Moreover, the useful feature that allowed mapping what was size and color has disappeared.
I can't believe that two major companies like Google and Shopify, leaders in their respective sectors, could have such a poor integration. Many other platforms, even smaller and local ones, have a better integration.
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have had a frustrating experience with the app. Color and Size are editable within the Shopify product page in the "Variants" section. You can also add new variants there.
Additionally, we are excited about some forthcoming features launching soon that will make it easy for you to edit products and variants from within the app. Please stay tuned for those.

My products all failed review on the google side, yet app still shows them pending. No information as to why the upload was rejected but my Google Merchant Center account was suspended after using. Reached out to Shopify customer support and they did not seem to know why. Google told me the store was missing refund policies which show on checkout, but that doesn't seem to be where google wants them. I've gotten FBA, EBay, Facebook all working this thing is a hot mess.
Says my store does not meet the requirements?? What does this mean, any help fixing this......What can I do to fix this?

its a 3rd class app only time waist, there help support don't have any knowledge, they don't know anything only ask questions and do nothing, i don't know why this unusable app made

Be careful! Shopify is taking ownership of your ads account (admin rights). You should always be owner of your ad account to have the full control over it. So check out other apps. Once again shopify, give us back our admin rights.

In order to publish ads on a Google Ads account, Shopify requires admin rights to be able to take that action on your behalf. If you would prefer for Shopify to not have admin rights, you can choose to create your own Google Ads account outside of Shopify, and not connect or run ads via the Google Channel.
