great app but , it takes long time approving the adds.I think google can provide more creative advertising method. need to be more easier in creating a campaign.
Sad to say this app is no longer user friendly. Even with all the errors I was able to at one point fix these errors quite easily. But not anymore. So I have just given up. Not going to hire anyone either. With everything small business owners have to deal with financially it seems like things are getting harder and more expensive for us for no good reason. Shame.

App is great and easy, but we are having problems to synchronize BARCODE information with Google GTIN. We've created all the products with the barcode but in merchant center this information is missing... I've sent you a message but nobody answer me.

Brett here from Shopify. Thank you for taking the time to share your review of the Google Channel with us, your feedback is extremely valuable. I'm sorry to here you were having trouble with your barcodes not syncing to Google - I'm going to look into this and follow up with you shortly by email.
it was easy and simple, hope no problems popup later..

this survey is the hardest part so far
easy steps to follow, was able to set up within 20 mins and did not find much hassle in setting up. :)
My account was suspended due to misrepresentation its unbelievable so many people this happening too right now, come on google shed some light so people can correct the error

Paola here with Shopify! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I completely understand how the Misrepresentation suspension can be confusing. Google does not share with us further details on why they have flagged an account, although I truly wish they did. From our end, we can only provide you guidance based on our own experience. But at the end of the day, it's totally up for Google if they will lift the suspension or not.

I have just begun to use this app and so far it is good. This will be useful for running ad campaigns.
Best place to advertise our products.google have such more traffic as compared to other advertisement plateforms.
I love google channel because it's giving a lot of entrepreneurs like me to have our own online business opportunities.
