Why do big and smart companies like Google end up making their products useless? They have best of the minds with them to make apps that function well with their products. And they can't even do that well. What a shame!
This app is supposed to record analytics well. Can't even do that properly.

The Apps works well when you have only a few hundred products. When you have thousands of products the App is useless. The "Manage Products" link only loads 50 products by default. You have to scroll down to see the rest. As you do the page loading time gets exponentially longer. It has taken me over 2 hours to reach the end of my product list only to find that when I try to edit and save, the process hangs... often with "Server Error" message in a pop-up window. It is not a browser issue as I have tried several with the same result. Please fix to download complete product list when selecting "Manage Products".

Your experience is not one we hoped for and apologies for that. One workaround you may find useful in the meantime is using the export/import feature available on the Shopify Product page. really disappointed with this platform, I advise anyone who is considering advertising to think carefully before choosing this Google, today I am telling you my experience, I paid more than $700 in nothing sometimes they spend 60$ in 30 seconds and I have never had customer service, instead I contact them they respond to me after 5 days to say we can do nothing for you, I don't know if this service is the same everywhere in the world or well only in Morocco in Africa! this is the app.
in addition they say that you are looking for a $250 bonus, I got nothing, I have been in e-commerce for 4 years I tried several advertising platforms and today I tell you that Google is the most zero in terms of customer service in terms of cost of expenditure, and performance, lies...
The setup is quite easy, I didn't experience any issues with it. However, the only annoying issue when it's uploading products to google and the products get rejected, the explanation as to why it got rejected is not clear. So, you're left trying to figure out what the issue could be and hoping that what you're doing will fix it the issue.
Very happy with the ads on both goodle and YouTube... 100% recomend it to business Owner to try and sed how does all smooth and Easy to use
I have been using this app for over a year now without any problems. It is a good and free way to get your products into Google Shopping. However, the initial setup was a bit difficult, but once done, everything works flawlessly.
