Google Product Category Fields doens't work.
No matter what kind of category you fill in... It doens't sync.. so dynamic remarkting doesnt work properly..
Syncing with merchant is very slow... buggy.
Please work on category syncing...
I've given up trying to sync my shopify products to google shopping. My products never get approved apparently for being "adult related material". Really? Electronics, children's toys, wrist watches, etc.
I guess I will have to turn to paid services.
Hello there and thanks for leaving us feedback. We took a quick glance at your account and it looks "Adult content" was enabled in your Merchant Center Account Settings. This is leading to your disapprovals. If you can confirm your offers are not "Adult content", please navigate to Merchant Center Account Settings and uncheck this box. This App has to much automation and was total waste of time trying to go through the setup to even get it up an running, so I wouldn't recommend spending any of your money utilizing this app for marketing!
Had nothing but problems since I changed my domain and now my Merchant account is suspended. Have tried asking for a review as my listings are the same across all my seller platforms, but Google just happen to have a problem with my Shopify account, and trying to speak to a human being is nigh on impossible. You just get the standard email reply which is NO HELP WHATSOEVER to someone who doesn't speak nor understand jargon. Strange how my listings show up just fine on Bing!

NO support, Suspended day one, They want you to be a programer. The second I got unsuspended i got resuspended. Still have no clue why. "Set apps to use 'Authorized' payment status" isnt a thing
Got email telling me that policy is policy.. It is not policy issue you have with me, you have the LACK OF UNDERSTANDING. PUNISH ME CAUSE I AM NOT GENIUS. YOU SUSPEND US AND GIVE US BROAD REASON.. THEN WE FAIL TO UPDATE WHAT YOU WANT CAUSE YOU ARENT CLEAR. WHY WOULD I CHANGE MY FEEDBACK. YOU ARE NO HELP. JUST HELP US.

guys beware of this app getting all the wrong information from shopify and google merchant center SUSPENDS YOUR ACCOUNTS FOR MISREPRESENTATION your accounts this is beyond horrible app ever someone needs to ban this app ill be calling business bureau soon and report what harm they caused my business

I'm done. Don't fall for this app. Products still "pending" on shopify yet they are approved on Google. BLAH

If you see that your products are approved in your Google Merchant Center but still showing as pending within the Google Shopping app, that is a great time to contact Shopify Support as our technical team can apply a manual sync to resolve the issue.

The youtube integration doesn't appear to work consistently. If a user has an ad-blocker or YouTube premium the shopping section does not show.

It doesn't pickup product variations and discounts. It randomly rejects my products saying the price doesn't match the landing page price when there is discount or variations

Lastimosamente bloquean las cuentas y las razones son generalizadas y no ofrecen un apoyo al emprendedor cercano , simplemente te bloquean y no dan razones perjudicando los negocios. Que decepción. Menos mal no es la única.
