The app still doesnt gives me accurate data in GA4. In UA i get half of the income than the actual, but it would be okay if the GA4 would be correct, but the GA4 gives me even less (1/3 of the actual income)

I waited a long time to review this app hoping the bugs would be worked out and I could give a higher rating. Unfortunately, I can't. It's been a constant problem with new errors and problems every week. Now, I'm being told the problems are due to my theme. Although these new problems have just occurred. I did not have these errors in the first couple of months. The only reason I'm continuing is the app is free. I may have to give up soon.

I am very disappointed! And now its very difficult to even use when adding products. For some unknown reason Shopify & this Google app had REMOVED the editing metafields from the product page in admin. Do you know what this effects? It makes it almost impossible when you have a product, you have sizes, colors, gender, new/used etc. & when you have to bounce OUT of the product page, go to the app, select all the columns you need that were once on the product page then have to scroll FARR to the right and back left, then have to go back to item you just added to get the size color etc. makes it VERY UNPLEASANT! MAKES ME NOT WANT TO EVEN USE IT ANYMORE! NOT GOOD. So I have to have my website up, go to the products I just posted (which can be many) & a preset page with the columns I need is just ridiculous. Now I have to have 3 different tabs open just to create a product and to use the Google app
All I have to say is PUT THE GOOGLE METAFIELDS BACK ON THE PRODUCT PAGE ...please

PS. whoever had the bright idea of removing the metafields from the product page, should be fired...& I would sign off on that! KATIE BROWN!
& sorry for being so blunt but, this really does create alot of issues, not user friendly anymore.
1/26/2024 update! Still same issues, but now bulk editing load time is basically unusable with over 800 products. I cleared all cache etc, & im on a desktop! The platform needs work on the continuous scroll feature, even from side to side!
Plus still, they do not have a sort feature on their bulk edit! So you have to load ALL PRODUCTS to get to the one you need! Unreal!
**So please everyone, make this suggestion to fix this via feedback or reviews. Who wants to waste alot of time fiddling with an app just to get your products correct to surface on google!

The worst. Just use Google Merchant Center. Products stuck in pending status for months. It is useful to sync but that's about it.
Hi Mystic World Finds, firstly, thank you for sharing this feedback. I will also email you directly to see if I can help. This could have occurred if a few aspects are not present on your products, for example the product category or a unique product identifier such as a barcode (GTIN).

I can't believe Shopify hasn't addressed the issues with this app! I have over 2k+ errors for books stating GTIN/ISBN error despite having the information needed in the sku/upc field. Big let down

Having a nightmare since 14th August the majority of our products have been disapproved in the merchant centre dashboard. We haven't installed any new apps or made any changes to our store so completely confused as to why this has happened! Tried raising a case/support ticket with both Shopify and Google support teams, both pass the buck back to each. Nobody wants to take ownership and sort this mess out, its the worse customer service ever! We have now cancelled all our campaign ads until we can get some resolution. Don't know what else to say.

Everything is set up and synchronized, but not one book is ever displayed on Google. The Shopify support does not respond to any message. I recommend NOT to use the app!

For products to show in Google, you need to run a Smart Shopping Campaign, which takes up to 30 days to completely be synced and optimised across. We respond back to all emails, but when you send an email from the "Get Support" button, it goes from the email address under Settings > General and "Account Email". Have you checked that inbox for any responses? I'll follow up with you via email for some more information and get this sorted.

This is a terrible app. It sends items to the merchant center that we do not have in stock. We have reached out multiple times with no solution to fix the problem. It is causing us to have bad metrics on Google Shopping Actions

Im still waiting for support i got products thats been pending over a week and wont upload to Google or sync correctly products I have deleted days ago are being disapproved even though I have removed them days prior might just have to delete this app and start fresh so my merchant account doesn't get suspended.Shopify needs to get it together and be accountable for issues like this or retire the app because your app is causing alot of peoples accounts to get suspended,you preach about how Google is strict however your support response time is un acceptable waiting for your response will get your account suspended. Best thing to do is delete the app from your store and the products if you see them quickly being disapproved so you dont get your GOOGLE account suspended and just go with a app that you have to pay a couple of bucks,it will be less headache.

Absolute Garbage! Just look at the last week of 1 star reviews along with the last 30 pages that are 99% 1 star complaints, same reported issues going back almost a year with absolutely no resolve! Shopify is fully aware of (their) Google App's syncing issues, as they stated on the phone in one of my 4 phone calls to them in the past week alone. This is happening to thousands of businesses whose products don't have GTIN's, MPN's and/or are Custom/Made to Order. Shopify Support sent me a screenshot of my editing feed, telling me to mark the items "TRUE" for 'Custom product' which was literally already done in the screenshot they sent! If Shopify cannot provide proper syncing with Google, then what good is it? Google is 'the end all be all' for shop visibility, SEO, and sales...the only "Sales Channel" that really matters. If I can't get immediate assistance with resolve, I'm leaving the platform, as I'm sure will thousands of others experiencing these same issues. SHOPIFY, FIX YOUR DEVELOPMENT PROBLEMS OR FAILURE IS IMMINENT.
