All products are not syncing anymore. I am losing revenue because of this issue. Contact me asap please

This is a HORRENDOUS app. Do NOT get it. I have tried repeatedly to get to run and NOTHING. This app is NOT worth the time wasted.

Does Not Work...Has Not Worked For Years...How there are so many good reviews is beyond me! Only reason I looked at trying again, but I can see that most people have the same issues I have. This should be a number one priority or so you would think!
Please don't respond from Shopify telling me that you are going to look into this, just do something!
Was advised in the email from Shopify to upgrade to this channel as the Google Shopping channel will be closed on October 21.
First you have to delete your old Google Shopping App - no chance of getting that back.
Tried to install the new Google Shopping Channel, doesn't work, has given me a message "Updating your Merchant Center account..." for the past 24 hours. Shopify support unhelpful - told me to delete and re-install. Did not work.
Now I have no Google Shopping feed for my google shopping ads, leading to a drop in sales.
What a disaster! Thanks Shopify!
I am experiencing some of the same issues that other people/companies are having. I keep getting GTN error on a lot of products. I also am experiencing missing inventory data issues. I don not know what that means or how to fix it. I am thinking about removing this app. My sales have dropped since this past May.

No stars for you google. I am just tired of trying to get my acct unsuspended for misrepresentation. I have removed all content and products, double checked all my feeds and on and on and on......I feel this is quite possibly the worst offense you could do to a new aspiring business. This experience has been so unaspiring, While trying to protect consumers you have crushed the small business as well as cost much time and effort to no avail. Let me know if you ever get it right or Can just tell me the offending data or lack of.

While we here at Shopify developed this app, we don't actively have any control over account suspension or product approvals. That said, we can often provide guidance to help you get things working and inline with Google's requirements. I am going to follow up via email so we can dig in a little deeper together and get this sorted as quickly as possible.

100 percent of our products are custom, when Shopify updated this app a few months ago, I lost thousands $$$ since then on unperforming ads and loss of traffic, since then do to my products were not showing properly on google searches. This is because the app has a bug that its not letting google know that my product identifier does not exist, which means that the app is not letting google know that my products are custom and do not have a GTIN or MPN. After months trying to figure out why my products were not showing consistently with Google, Google told me that do to this issue I am loosing about 80% of my traffic and not getting any organic shopping traffic!!! After speaking with 3 different shopify support agents, Shopify told me the other day that this option is not necessary and will not have any negative effect on my listings. THIS IS NOT TRUE. I manually updated my Google feed with Identifier exist to NO which this APP fails to do and let me believe that it is doing so, Now my two store is starting to show improvements on the listing and orders are coming in more frequently via Google, after months!!!!! Being a small business owner and relying 100% on our online stores to support my family, I feel that Shopify google app and its support let me down. This issue can be tested by going to a product listing - More Actions - Google App and check mark "this is a custom product". This check mark should be letting google know that the product have an "identify exist" with a value of "NO". It doesnt do this update which is a bug on the app that will be affecting ALL shopify users with custom products that are similar to other products. Google app will eventually override my feed via the content API and give me issues again, which is what I am worried about!

Avoid at any cost if possible!!!
I had nice working good old working Google Shopping App and decided to upgrade it after few emails from Shopify about it... Oh, man... It was (still is) costly mistake. My sessions from Google dropped in 3 times right away... and of course there is no support from Shopify....

I've been using shopify for 2 years and still not able to use the google channel. I've tried everything but my account is still suspended due to "misrepresentation". I thought this would be easily resolved but 2 years later and i have the same issue. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. This shouldn't be so stressful

I completely understand where you are coming from, the Misrepresentation suspension can be quite overwhelming. Although Google doesn't share with us the specific reasons for this, I'm happy to share some extra details with you that I have learned from my personal experience. It actually seems like a scam. It has spent over half our ad spend to date on advertising to people whom canot buy from us despite adding a location. It gives no control and is bug ridden from start to finish. It's actually hard to believe just how bad this app is. Shopify is this a scam?
