Useless product, doesn't do anything nor allows to publish your products on to google... It could have been very helpful if it worked though, what a shame!

What a nightmare to use for everyday folks. This app and Google has a long way to go. Google seriously needs to work on support and correcting their own errors before offering so many services. I've been trying to get this set up correctly for what seems like 3 years now. So many errors and such a royal pain to use.

My account got suspended as soon as I added this. I don’t even know what I did wrong. Do not install at any cost.

Chris here with Shopify! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I completely understand the confusion surrounding the suspension. Google does not share with us further details on why they have flagged an account, although I truly wish they did. From our end, we can only provide you guidance based on our own experience. But at the end of the day, it's totally up for Google if they will lift the suspension or not.

I'm finding this almost impossible to use after a year of trying. I've contacted them and it is all way too technical for me to work through and I have been unsuccessful getting professional help with it either. Really disappointed in this one, I had hoped it would be easy to use.

The Google sales channel integration is terrible. I received tons of errors, took the time to fix the errors, and still didn't get my products approved. Even if the products are listed as approved on Google Merchant Center, Google Sales Channel will say disapproved. For some items no errors are listed but still disapproved. I contacted customer service numerous times (both Shopify and Google), and it really seemed like they were also unsure how to fix the problem. Over weeks of emailing and chatting, they gave a range of possible solutions, all very different. However, even after following all of their advice (even if it seemed like it wouldn't work), my products were still not approved.

None of our products have been approved. 250+ products have been in "pending" for months. We've submitted four tickets over the course of that time period and gotten no response. For the products that have not been approved, no reason is given by the app. I followed several Shopify tutorials, and I still cannot find the issue. One tutorial suggested that the app should tell me why certain products are not being approved, but that has not been our experience.

Google product category doesnt get inserted into generated feeds. Not via Google Shopping app, not via custom generated XML and not via Kit Product feed for Facebook.

I wasn't able to select specific products to promote, this is important if I want to sell my personal items and have some of my dropship items disabled on my main store channel. So if the products are disabled on the main store and I can't preselect the items that I want to promote this app will not be helpful for me.
I am Having A Terrible Experience. From The 1st October My products stopped syncing to Google. Almost 6000 Products, I called Google, Shopify & no one can seem to assist me. I am losing Revenue and cant get the feed back up.
