Okay right outta the gate there's a problem. I just signed up and I had to verify myself 3 times yet the app keeps telling me I'm not verified. And now I can't even find it in my list of installed apps

This app has never worked properly and i end up with a misrepresentation violation from google which suspends my account. Its quite frustrating as google never actually tells you what you have done wrong

Paola here from Shopify. I understand how frustrating it is to not know why your account was suspended due to Misrepresentation. Google does not share with us at Shopify why an account was suspended. Our app only reflects their decision. With that being said, I'm happy to share with some suggestions based on our experience. I will be following up with you through email shortly.

Do what we did. Ditch the google app. Move to a paid app which integrates with Google shopping centre and get support from a proper app developer who can help solve your feed issues. Google wont help you.

Don't use this app. It will submit the highest shipping cost (instead of the lowest) to Google. Your product will cost $25 and it will tell Google the shipping will be $75. Nobody will buy your product when they see you charge $75 for shipping.
Shopify really needs to get its act together on this one!

NEVER ANY MORE !!! We spend £2759 - and £25 conversion.
I think numbers said everything.
Not recommend at all. We have bots full store, sorry Shopify / FACEBOOK / GOOGLE, but bots do not buy, bots do not have money, more we have fraudulent orders and lost £250. NOW ANY MORE!!!
Very confusing. I don't know where to start or end, It would be extremely helpful to show tutorials or break down instructions on how to upload inventory. I'm having to google everything and the only thing I'm getting is a headache. Shopify experts don't even know what to do half the time.

I have been trying to run an ad for 29 days. I was hoping to also get the $25 credit for using their services, but because they couldn't get their app to work I am no longer eligible for the credit. It says it takes 3-5 business days to approve a product/ad, I'm considerably outside of this time frame. I would just like my ad to show up on Google.

No EU support, so I cant use it. :(
It's a pain to set up, it doesn't sync intelligently, there's no guidance on how to set it up, it keeps quacking against the policy, and there's no details or indication of what needs to be changed~~~
