My Google Merchant is suspended because this app is not working correctly. Shopify says they are aware but can't do anything and Google says they are aware and can't do anything. So far 2 issues with this app: 1. If your default package in shipping settings has weight your account WILL get suspended for inaccurate shipping price as Shopify calculates shipping price based on item weight + package weight (which is the correct way) and google calculates purely based on item weight. To resolve this, this app needs to add default package weight to item weight and ONLY then submit weight to google. 2. If you have both taxable and non taxable items in your store it WILL get suspended for inaccurate tax information, because when product is checkmarked as not taxable google merchant won't calculate tax on shipping. To resolve this a sub attribute for the tax "tax_ship" needs to be implemented and a check mark added right next to product not taxable.

This app is garbage, Shopify blames Google, and Google blames Shopify. Just got an email from Google. This is regarding over 200 pending items for 7 business days. Here's what it says: Hi Scott, We do not support Shopify as we do not have access to it, which is why I cannot tell what is causing this issue in Shopify. Please contact their support, I hope they can figure this out and get your items approved as soon as possible. I wish I could give this app less than a 1 star. You cannot use this app and use Google Shopping Express. It over writes the shipping settings to 1-99 days!!! All Shopify would do is fill out a "frustration report." That just makes the matter worse.

This app doesn't allow me to complete the set up integration with google and YouTube. There is no easy way to contact google about this issue. If I cannot finish the setup or contact google for help, what is the point in having this app as an option to add to my site on Shopify?

This stopped working correctly. No longer connects to the Merchant account with a Verified domain if you have an advanced Merchant account. Feeds go to the wrong account. Creating a merchant account creates a new ID as a top-level account and you can't delete them from the Google merchant admin panel, even when logged in as an admin.

Shopify feed is not pushing product information to google merchant regularly. This is a consistent issue and when I contact Shopify costumer care these people send one line messages and respond slow most of the times 24 hours later, at this rate I’ll be an old man before these people fix the issues.
Google is no help complete BS service.

Google has to many standard and the rip you off with google ads. For the majority of the time that I had my business my account was suspended with them and I got very little help and next to no customer service.

All kinds of errors in search console and merchant center around fields missing data. Data that is clearly set up correctly in the products settings. 0 ability to troubleshoot from the app.
