Doesn't work well and there's no way to add attributes like 'Color' which is REQUIRED in the entire Apparel/Accessories category. This means you will error out on all Jewelry, Handbags, Clothing, etc.
The old app was great and easy to set up. This app does not allow me to sell in New Zealand so can no longer use Google products through Shopify. This makes a lot of sales for us and other sellers so needs to be fixed asap.
If you sell services, this app is COMPLETELY useless, since Google will suspend your account. They do not let you sell services!
Such a waste of my time to set this up, and then get suspended.
Shopify must inform us, service sellers, before putting us through all that nonsense.
Now the problem is how to get rid of all the garbage code that slows my store.

Was sent an email that the old shopping app is to be stopped 31st October so pretty much forced to go onto this. Spent ages trying to set this up only to discover no multi client account support, absolutely ridiculous...shopify you expect me to create a new email/account for each of my stores?! You must understand there are people out there managing hundreds of client accounts for shopify.
Also want to add how stupid it is of shopify to force people to switch to such an inferior app that clearly hasn't been tested or shopify staff haven't been trained properly to support it just before Christmas. It doesn't take many brain cells to realise that for retail stores Christmas is probably at least 80% of annual sales (myself included) then to start from scratch with a new feed (if it even works by then) will take a while to kick-in properly on google shopping. Surely someone might have thought after Christmas would have been a much better idea????!!!! NOPE...
The original app worked fine. This one doesn't work at all. The shopping feed will not recognise UK shipping rates and therefore blocks the feed. The result is ads are blocked.

The same happened to me. A total disaster of configuration inside Shopify. This is one review left before me. "I have entered and double-checked the contact information in my store a thousand times. Customers can access the page - Contact Form, a link to my contact information and pages on social networks. There is an e-mail at the bottom of the page. Shopify support has confirmed that I have done everything correctly. And after all this, the app answers me that Google verification is not passed." So Shopify says I'm good but when you enter your account at Shopify, it is still not connected.

Click on the blue text: "Confirm that you've added contact information to your online store" and a popup should present itself then click okay. That should then resolve that open checklist item for you and unblock your onboarding.

Very disappointing and annoyed that we were forced to switch over to it. It has messed everything up. Ridiculous.
I'm running online grocery store, I guess it only works with t-shirt businesses. My account got suspended. Not sure why!
