This app was working perfectly fine for us up until around 30th Dec 2022 when the products were lasted synced. Since then, we've had no product updates and as a result, our pricing on Google is incorrect. We've tried uninstalling the app, and connecting our Google account again but still, no products are being synced.

Bring back the old app please!!!!!!!
The old app worked a treat. However, this app is shocking and affecting my business dramatically only displays prices with VAT on my google feed, resulting in mismatch and me being unable to sell products on google shopping. Despite ringing google and shopify getting no where quick. Now looking for other apps to use. shame as the original worked fine for years. If anyone knows how to reinstall the original app version please let me know
Thanks for sharing this feedback on our Google Shopping app Currently this is a limitation due to Google requiring VAT to be included in product prices. Can't group products with different sizes into single listings. So it's useless really. Definitely dont need dozens of listings, 1 listing for each size!!!

This app does nothing for me AT ALL! I have installed, un-installed, and re-installed several times and I keep getting notifications saying my account was suspended and does not meet the requirements. Every time I tried to claim my website, it keeps saying my meta tags are not correct. I'm done with this channel.

Quest'applicazione è solo una perdita di tempo, da quando l'ho installata mi rifiuta sempre i prodotti per "RAPPRESENTAZIONE INGANNEVOLE", ho letto accuratamente tutti i passaggi e modificato/aggiunto tutte le possibili voci che potevano essere la causa, ma NIENTE puntualmente mi viene negato per RAPPRESENTAZIONE INGANNEVOLE!
Provo a contattarli tramite chat o email e indovinate un pò? Mi rispondono dicendo che non sanno il problema preciso e che devo leggere la guida..- Non è possibile che una società come Google pretende la perfezione dei suoi clienti e poi sono i primi a non darti una giusta guida generalizzando tutto e dando sempre le stesse risposte! Questo non è modo di lavorare! Al contrario, il team di Shopify mi ha risposto subito cercando di analizzare altri punti che purtroppo non hanno portato a risultati ma comunque ho apprezzato l'impegno! Quindi io vi consiglio di non utilizzare quest'applicazione! Vi farà perdere solo tanto tempo!

I thought this app helps with connecting your products from Shopify to google and that you get the customers through google to your shop on Shopify. Only have experienced problems all the time. Can't get the errors fixed. Doesn't want to accept the shipping method or tax, Very frustating. Most of the products are pending etc. Went through the whole process to figure it all out and get set up and still not getting any use out of it. Very disappointing.

Got my account suspended due to misrepresentation. Trying to fix it is fruitless Google won't explain the issue and Shopify hasn't a clue. Really frustrating for such a simple product and e-commerce site.

Paola here with Shopify! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I completely understand where you are coming from. The Misrepresentation suspension can be frustrating and Google does not share with us further details on why they have flagged an account due to Misrepresentation - although I truly wish they did. From our end, we can only provide you guidance based on our own experience. But at the end of the day, it's totally up for Google if they will lift the suspension or not. Keep in mind that, although the Google Channel app helps you integrate your store to the Google Merchant Center, Google is still a third party platform, which means we cannot interfere with their processes.
With that being said, I will be reaching out to you through email shortly to offer all the guidance and support we can from Shopify's perspective. We want to ensure that you have the right tools for your business to succeed.

Nothing works with this (deserves 0 stars) - if you have a Brand Account, Shopify creates a new Google Merchant Account for you that you can never login to - when there is an issue with your product, its basically impossible to figure out how to fix it. Shopify and YouTube do NOT work together if you have a brand account - this is crap! I will be canceling my Shopify account as I ONLY got it for the YouTube integration, which won't work - too bad they won't refund the money I already spent on this broken site.

I think there is a disconnect between this app and Google, Google says it is 3rd party and my products breach there terms because if this app, I have spent time with google who won't tell you what is wrong other than something to do with 4rd party. Been to dhopify help chat, and ended up saying go back to google thinking the only easy is to delete app or delete shopify and start again, I have no idea how to fix this and am getting the run around from google and shopify
