Absolutely terrible support and very unclear on why account keeps getting disapproved. For 2 months I tried contacting helpdesk regularly and they always deflect the questions and buy time. Its very frustrating working with google and they need to get their act together. Don't recommend...

Never worked, products stuck in pending and there is a notification that is could take Google 10 days to review but Google support said the products never made it to them. Started a campaign somehow, wasted a bunch of money on who knows what it was advertising.

DO NOT UPDATE! Downloading this new app version and deleting our old Google Shopping app was a huge mistake. I have since had to disconnect the account and try to get our feed going another way because this app is so awful!!
Google flagged all of my handmade by myself products as misrepresented, and then failed to provide me with a solution to fix them

I have given up on this App now. The GTIN error which appears on all my products now just doesn't get fixed. I have read articles, tried everything and reach out to support and was given a 'solution' which doesn't make any sense and doesn't apply to 'non-custom' products. Great, that its free! But not great that it actually doesn't work properly. I have seen so many stores asking the same questions but there is no solution.

I see that you're having an error with the GTINs, barcodes, or manufacturer part numbers associated with products on Shopify and syncing this information to the Google channel. Awful. I had policy issues. I hadn't added policies to store. Added them. Continued to have policy issues. Nobody at Google could help me.

Sempre tem alguma coisa errada nos anuncios, você corrige tudo oque eles estão pedindo, e apos corrigir aparece outro erro, estou testando a listagem gratuita para ver se faço uma campanha paga ou não, mas parece que o google faz de tudo para a sua listagem "gratuita não ser aprovada", eu corrigi todo os erros que eles pediram, muitos dos meus produtos foram classificados como "adultos", e que por isso não foram aprovados para o shopping, na minha loja vendo artigos para casa, oande que isso e produto "adulto" ?...o google fala que a minha listagem gratuita foi aprovada, porem o search console fala que o site não foi aprovado, eu não sei em quem eu acredito.
This app is horrible, I want to sell it on google and the merchant center won't let me, it always appears that everything has been disapproved and never approved in my store, EVER! I want to sell products and have new customers come to my store, please help me remove this misrepresentation that interferes with google ads, I can't take it anymore, I did everything, my policies are clear, there's nothing to do with the scam, I want to put my store on Google and get it approved, please, for the good of entrepreneurs who want to start selling on the internet.

this app gave me cancer. avoid at all costs.
Do not use this! All of my previously approved products suddenly got deleted and I had to start the approval process all over again which is stuck and still shows pending after over a week. Support will tell you it’s Googles fault and they will follow up but really doesn’t provide any assistance. Since Shopify has made this change from channel to app it has completely ruined a lot of people’s feeds yet they won’t even issue a statement apologizing for such a glitchy app to be rolled out in the first place. Between this and the crappy Facebook Marketplace beta I’m about to take my business elsewhere.
