Easy to install. Straightforward configuration requirements necessary for proper online commerce. Haven't scoped out the functionality yet as I am still prepping for setup of the website

I think it's okay, it's very intuitive.
Easy to navigate and understand the steps and procedures. Keep in that way!!!

Overall features are good, but some additional help is required for issues like I had in my case was Account issues, the Link "Learn more" does not solve the problem, there should be a an additional support system when the link provided does not solve the issue,

Everything is set up and synchronized, but not one book is ever displayed on Google. The Shopify support does not respond to any message. I recommend NOT to use the app!

Hi,

I'm Cíara from Shopify support, thanks for taking the time to leave a review for us, we always appreciate hearing from our merchants.

For products to show in Google, you need to run a Smart Shopping Campaign, which takes up to 30 days to completely be synced and optimised across. We respond back to all emails, but when you send an email from the "Get Support" button, it goes from the email address under Settings > General and "Account Email". Have you checked that inbox for any responses? I'll follow up with you via email for some more information and get this sorted.

I like how easy it is to set up this app to my Shopify store just a click of a couple of buttons and it was done. so I do recommend this app for others to use.

I decided to give this a try this week, even after reading all the bad reviews. It was a week of wasted time, I could not get any products approved, my accounts were constantly suspended, yet I could not get any information on the actual violations, only pointed to program policies over and over. Each account, Google Merchant and Google Ads, is dependent upon the other. So, if one account has a suspension, so does the other. I would fix one, and the other one would get a violation. I would fix that, and another violation would pop up. I went over every word of every policy again, and I was not in violation, and there was nothing left to fix. I finally removed the channel from my store. I was very hopeful to have this to grow my new business. I agree with other reviewers. It is very, very difficult to use and to solve the issues the automated system claims you have. Good luck if you try it out.
