We sell digital blueprints on Shopify and want to have our store connected to YouTube so we can advertise our products under our videos. After spending at least 40 hrs trying to make this possible using the google channel we found that google doesn't support digital products, even though they have categories for it. This problem needs to be addressed by Shopify or google!

I am very frustrated with the Google merchant center. My account gets suspended every time in try to post a product. I have had Shopify for two months with only two sales. Google isn't clear about what misrepresentation mean. I tried to follow the whole list still not difference, watch and tried a whole bunch of YouTube and still in the same place. Not sure what to do now. Please help with some constructive help not any vague details. The suspension still the same.Thanks

Merchant Konto gesperrt, ständige Probleme und keine Hilfe vom Support. "Account suspended due to policy violation: Website needs improvement"
Dies ist der Grund... Seite muß verbessert werden, obwohl alle Richtlinien eingehalten wurden. Sorry, aber wenn man schon eine App anbietet, dann sollte auch ein guter Support dazugehören und nicht an Google verweisen, denn denen kann das egal sein.

All products stuck in pending, it never worked for the store. Google actually suspended my merchant account because of this.

I've been running Google Merchant with Shopify 2+ yrs, A-OK. Uninstalled Merchant, deleted campaign, added this app'... now regretting it.

Two weeks later and I still can't get Google Merchant working. Shopify are in the throws of trying to fix, but I'm getting nowhere. Now one week before Black Friday...

Horrible customer service it is just a bot that repeats without actually talking to you about why they locked you out. They say payment yet my bank is fine. They offered a offer for 100 for spending 25, and then when i get to the 26 mark they cancel my account?

Can't use the app because my store does not "Use a supported currency", i'm currently using COP (Colombian Peso)

A complete waste of time. Countless hours, e-mails, and phone calls with Shopify and Google Ad support. This app has caused my Merchant Account to be suspended, fed incorrect data about my products to Google, and as a result, I am not able to run ads. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP, please. Just don't do it. It will cost you thousands of dollars in lost sales.
