Terrible app. Never been able to publish my products to google although I completed all the needed steps. Products are kept in (pending) status forever. Contacted Shopify support, but they were not able to help. In my merchant account, it seems that products were not synced at all and there is no product feed. I will uninstall the app and find another platform to sell my products. Shopify is a disappointment.

Tries to "take your domain." Google should have consulted merchants prior to Partnering with Shopify
Terrible app that consistently provides unending grief. Other than the sporadic "your product is disapproved because we can't reach your landing page", the app overrides the tax settings in Google Merchant to charge taxes in all states, even though that's not my configuration in Shopify or Google Merchant.

Too many restrictiions! Takes a lot of time...too many questions you gather a lot of informations to us and you gather alot of money as well from us but the service still

This app no refresh the feed on merchant center. just created a product when I config but don refresh the stock nor changes in the products. I have 1 month with me feed outdated. and on the documents or help articles dont tell anymore about that.

Google Shopping new version worse than the old version.

Why can't remove and recreate, it can't unpause or remove anymore when it pause???? Sometimes it can't work for me!
Hey there! Amy here from Shopify Support. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm really sorry to hear of the struggles you are facing. If your ad is paused, you should be able to unpause or delete it from the campaigns section in Shopify Marketing. You should see "resume activity" at the top of the page and "delete activity" at the bottom.

Disapointed :( :( All setup info and tips are made for the previous version of this app which also seemed more user friendly and up-to-date than this hagwash.. Seems like a scrappy beta version at best with very limited controls etc. etc. I see im not the only one with this issue... Hope you guys will read your reviews and fix asap (hint you are losing money from lost transactions fee's aswell).
