Been working with this app for 6 weeks and can't get my products to be approved for Enhanced Listings. 100% listed as "ineligible for enhanced listing," "Severity - Disapproved" at the Merchants Center, yet I meet all the Google requirements. It would seem that I am banned from Enhanced Listings with this app. If so, this is useless.

I used this app and shortly after my Google My Business profile was suspended. The only thing that changed was using this app. We've had no problems since 2014. Google won't tell me what their problem is now. Awful customer service. We're a brick and mortar bookshop and absolutely qualify. I can only assume this app is to blame. I would avoid it like the plague.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience with the Google channel app. The Google Channel is used to sync product information to your Google Merchant Centre and Google Ads accounts. The channel does not have an association with the Google My Business part of Google's platform, and we do not sync any data to those account types. Due to your product problem, the product ID in GA4 in our Google Analytics is displayed abnormally. Most of the product SKUs display the product digital code in the shopify backend. I hope you can fix this bug.

This app is an absolute waste of time. The app states it takes up to 10 business days for your products to get approved, well it has been a month now and not a single product has been approved.

Shame there is no 0 star option. This "app" literally does nothing please do not install it. You have to out input all your product data again for the app to work, when all other apps use the product information you have already entered.

You have to re-enter every product detail including GTIN, Category (no drop-down menu available to select from) everything.

It truly is awful, please do not use it.

Horrible app , i do not understand how it got so many good reviews it dose not map any of of fields to google, you have to do it manfully (max 25 sku with bulk edit) very useless app , another horrible app by shopify

Because this app was bought in the commercial center because of misrepresentation, I uninstalled it and lost it again now now the page not found?

I was forced to update to this new app as Shopify told me the old one was to be unsupported.

I now cannot import my shipping rates as I'm in the UK so I'm stuck and my Google traffic has plummeted.

Terrible experience, I only hope I can delete this app and get back to my ususal search traffic.
