Thanks for nothing Shopify!! You make us uninstall the Google Shopping app that was working and install this new version that is a total piece of crap. It's problems like this that could make me not recommend Shopify as an e-commerce store platform.
The old app worked perfect. This app slowly removed all of our products over a week since updating. So many lost sales.
Extremely frustrating app!
(1) It overrides my Shipping setup in Google Merchant Center and resets it to blank, yet it doesn't provide the right shipping policy which in my case is simply FREE SHIPPING. There's no way to make sure the FREE SHIPPING policy is entered into the Google Shopping app. There's not even a field to enter it.
(2) It triggers Violation of Shopping Ads Policy in Google Merchant Center on some products and not others.
(3) Finally, when I contact tech support, I was told that this app is a free app and is not being supported.
Very disappointing!!!

This app is trash, just like most of the apps on the Shopify platform. Lots of errors. Missing titles in my Google merchant. If I could give it minus 100 stars, I would. This is ridiculous that such a platform as Shopify makes so much trash... That's a perfect example of highly paid VPs that are total morons, getting paid tons of money and never getting fired. Doing minimum and destroying companies. Little people get laid off but never these schmucks...

My lord this app needs to be fixed. There are so many issues - its such a pain to use. First off, dont sign in with an email with a domain you dont want to use again, because it will force you to use it unless you create another account. Next, it couldnt verify my domain, the products tab doesnt work it keeps taking me back to the main tab. Its just an overall mess. Disgusting.

Why fix something that was not broken this is the same logic they used on the recent Snapchat update well done.
Extemely disappointed. Business almost shut down due to this. Frankly Shopify should not be adding plugins that they cannot handle especially when it comes to Google. Misrepresentation, cirvumvention, fraudulent payments all happening as soon as I open the account. Purely as Shopify triggers a bug on Googles end. Tried reaching out to Google Merchant Centre/Google Ads team each of them 5 times which is no easy task. In addition several different Shopify advisers telling me different things to do as they cannot collaborate. Simply horrendous.

Doesn't work. I have to update Google Center directly and then it resets and I have to start over again.

This app is dreadful!! I moved to this from a paid app and it simply does not work. There are so many issues with it. It doesn't work with custom products correctly, puts items out of stock randomly when they are not, doesn't allow you to batch update products.
PROBABLY THE WORST APP N THE SHOPIFY APP STORE!!! AVOID!
