Products are "Pending" for more than a month. Totally useless. I would give it a zero rating if I could.

I'll also be emailing you about this to see if I can help out, but at a quick glance, this might have occurred if the following was missing on your products: the product category or a unique product identifier such as a barcode (GTIN) or manufacturer part number (MPN).

FINALLY WORKS! FINALLY 8 MONTHS AND A WEEK IT WORKS. Shopify and Google had more than 7 MONTHS Oct. 2018 to get this FIXED, the first time users Oct. 2018 said this was JUNK and UNPROFESSIONAL CRAP! And still nothing changed 315 one star ratings! You know what changed is Shopify's PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP OF PROBLEMS NOBODY cares anymore and to let a 315 one star rated app remain in the app store tells you everything you need to know about Shopify in 2019, quality standards on ZERO and as for the Google engineers that stood infront on Shopify users and LIED about this app and the great engineers, programmers, product managers at Google who let this happen and continue on KEEP CASHING THAT PAYCHECK ON JUNK, TOP OF YOUR LINKDIN : I am very proud of the Shopify App - 315 one star ratings out of 418 users i developed over 75% of users rated it a one star loser, please hire me. Hey if all your products were approved for over 2 years 6 months and now and pending forever you ain't making any AD MONEY $$$$$$$ on Google Shopping ADs.

After trying all possible support option i am writing this review! My Google Merchant account was all set and i was using a third party app to connect my shopify products with Google Merchant. When i found this official app i was happy to see this and I moved to this App. After few days I got email my account is suspended due to "Misrepresentation" After doing All review from my end and trying to update my website more better i requested review but nothing works.
I contacted Support Live chat of Google Merchant many time and they even also says everything is perfect and when they forward my request to Team for review again it say misrepresentation.
Our store is following all google guideline provided by google on their support pages but the reason of rejection was always same "misrepresentation" when i ask i happy to fix it but give me some exact guide and they always refuse to explain. they says to read support form again and again.
After tried everything I delete my old merchant account by thinking it might be glitch and i again created new one on same email and unfortunately after 3 days of working it again suspended with same reason.
I did a lot of changes and testing many things and done many reviews but no one able to guide me what actually the issue is.
Once a live chat person guide me about the speed issue might be the rejection reason I fixed it as well. My business details are all clear. my product description, images, titles EVERYTHING is perfect.
I have option for customer to review, i have all policies page with proper explanation. Our business selling only those product that are allow by google and so one.
everything was fine but I always see misrepresentation AND NO MORE SUPPORT.

I wish if someone give me exact guide i immediately solve the issue but at least tell your users what we missed. I have verified merchant on Pinterest and we have all social media active only missing to list our business on google and it looks like: GOOGLE ignore new startup!

wish to get a good response after this! I would love to update this review very soon to tell users GOOGLE Team finally helps me and i able to list my product again, wishing for better luck.

Just migrated to Shopify from WooCommerce. No issues with Google Shopping feeds while using WooCommerce but now this App caused many issues and removed most of my products from Google Shopping. What a HUGE waste of time.

DO NOT USE - our sales have dropped and google costs gone up - how do we remove any coding this app as added to our website, We had a lovely business till we added this app it's totally destroyed us within weeks

They are real scammers. They ask you to spend $500 with a promo code and after you've spent $500 they will block your account and deactivate all the support to get in touch with they, no way to talk with somebody....why do you need to talk with someone? To request a refund? :)) More than that, "Refunds typically take up to 2 weeks for us to process, but can take up to 10 weeks". What a joke of sale channel... Anyway, Shopify, may we know why can't we communicate with each other on reviews?

SAME AS OTHERS very terrible experience they keep suspending my new website ive included all the policy and information and still keep getting denied claiming misrepresentation with no details on what else to do and now i dont see a way to ask for another review anymore

I have been trying to work with this app for almost a month. None of my product is syncing or getting approved and no reason has been given. Tried to get help from Google Merchant Centre but I was just bushed off by saying that everything seems ok from their end. I actually watched tons of videos on Shopify and YouTube but no one seems to have any solutions or even the cause of the problem. So frustrating dealing with this app......

Frustration after frustration. I am getting a misrepresentation violation but I can't understand how my business is misrepresenting itself? Everything is legitimate, the products offered are officially licensed products. How is that a misrepresentation? The violation list I am shown when I sign into my merchant account is also vague, there is no way for me to know which one I am violating. If I can get a clear direction on which specific violation I am committing that would be helpful, but at this point my account is constantly getting suspended which I do not believe is my fault.

I do see you have opened a case with our support team around this issue and they are best suited to try and resolve this for you if you feel your account has been overflagged.

Doesn't work. App gets caught in a loop. Won't let me connect to store. Doesn't work on mobile app either
