* THIS NEW APP / CHANNEL IS COSTING US MONEY*
I wish I could give this app / channel (they've changed it the last couple of days) less than 1 star.
The new "app" now displays our prices on Google shopping WITHOUT VAT included which is against Google's terms, now google have threatened to SUSPEND us unless this is fixed. So not only are they costing us money daily because the app is terrible, but they could get us thrown off google shopping forever.
Best advice we've got from support? "Use a different app" very helpful.
It baffles me that people at Shopify are spending time & money creating a new app for something that worked fine before, instead of creating basic functions that other e-commerce providers give as standard.
I've emailed / tweeted the CEO, support etc and but just get generic e-mails back telling they are looking into it etc.
Really, really terrible.
Google app acts as if it shows the products you tell them to show. Meanwhile they are showing random titles and descriptions with random products that are not listed for google ads. I recommend using google ads instead because this app is spending alot of money with 0 result.. (average click cost me 2.20? while in google ads i get them under 0,80)

As with most people's experience with this awful app, it is an example of technical incompetence and lack of communication at all levels. Use Google Merchant directly avoid this middleman!

application inutile, vous fait perdre énormément de temps, service client 0 répond à vos mail 1fois toute les 24h sans apporter ni réponse aucune ni aide ils méritent même pas 1,8/5 juste 0/5. je ne laisse jamais d'avis d'habitude mais cette application est une vrai merde !
Todos os meus produtos estão como pendentes dentro do app no Shopify.
No merchant center eles aparecem, mas sempre estão com algum erro.
Precisam revisar a funcionalidade deste app urgente!
Isso explica o porque de tantas avaliações negativas.
Horrible app, no real documentation never got anything to publish correctly. Suprised shopify would release such bad app.

Wow, worst train wreck in history! Not even fit for the landfill. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa no
I tried using this app and had tons of issues with my products being rejected. They don't offer a specific reason as to why your account is being rejected. I tried reaching out to there customer support. That was an absolute nightmare. They don't really help you and were very vague. They told me to read over their policies and sent me a link. I read their policies and couldn't find an issue. The rep told me my landing page was low quality. That was part of the issue. I ask could he clarify what it meant that my landing page was low quality. I was then told he couldn't help me anymore, and they won't lift the suspension on my account, I didn't have a good experience with Google and will stick with Facebook and Instagram.

No customization of description field which if you have content on your product page means you cant upload to google shopping. Also many options are removed. This app should have never made it out of a beta environment.
Non mi ha dato modo di scegliere il paese di destinazione. I prodotti anche se approvati non compaiono in google shopping. Quelli non approvati hanno motivazioni fasulle (immagine che non ritrae il prodotto in modo chiaro, quando non è palesemente così). Una totale perdita di tempo. Inutile.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience with the Google channel app. While Google determines product eligibility and it is Google's policies that would be enforced, we can definitely see if there is anything we can do to get those products approved.
