I've used a number of print-on-demand apps through Shopify over the years and Gooten has consistently been the least headaches both with easy integration, great quality products, and fast shipping. Very impressed with the UX and service thus far (4 week in) - its so much quicker than a few other POD I work with - not perfect yet but very good enough to recommend - clear UI and thoughtful product journey which is a relief. The 3rd party integrations are fantastic (etsy etc).

I inadvertently found Gooten while looking for one particular POD product and so far have been very impressed with their catalog and their support. I had a question early on which they responded to right away with very helpful information.

So far my experience has be great. Easy to use plenty of merch to choose from. I am grateful to have stumbled upon them.

Denied printing my designs of a president even though they fall under parody/fair use

TLDR: Gooten’s shipping charges are outrageous, customer service is slow and unhelpful, my data was compromised, product quality is poor, and their scents are unbearable.

When push came to shove, Gooten exceeded my expectations. They were able to handle my 800+ orders during this past holiday rush season with ease. I did not have any delays with product turnaround and the majority of my customers loved their ordered item.

Also, their customer service reps are very helpful and they were able to solve any issues that came up.
