I use this app to drop ship custom home decor for my customers. I am experiencing some frustration with the status information regarding my customers orders. I am unable to contact gooten over the phone, instead only an email is available which says that it can take 24-48 hours to get a reply back. These are Mother’s Day gifts and my customers paid for expedited shipping 8 days ago. The products have said in production for 7 days and I would like to know when these will be shipped out to my customers. The website avg production time says 3-4 and like I said, it’s been 7! I am not happy at the moment and would have appreciated an email or phone call or something from gooten explaining the delay, however, it says on my orders page that these products are on schedule but obviously they are not.

For some products, fulfillment times are delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions at our manufacturing partners' facilities, coupled with an unexpected increase in order volumes. This has, in turn, affected our customer support team. While our team is working hard to respond to every request, our response times are longer than normal.

TERRIBLE. I had to delay the launch of my store by a month because of their lack of customer service and the quality of the few samples I received. Luckily I found out before I officially launched, but it was a pain to move all of my products over to a new POD service and I lost out on my free Etsy listings I'd linked to Gooten.
Customer service never replies (though they say you'll hear back in 72 hours). I submitted three tickets and only heard back from one weeks later and it was a generic, non-answer reply. Products were lost in transit or took way longer than stated production time (I understand the delays due to the pandemic, but this was beyond that). Of the few items I did receive the quality was sorely lacking..the graphics were not printed where they were placed on the shirt and graphics were smudged. It's a shame because they have a great range of products, but the issues you'll run into are not worth it.

So far, Gooten's customer service is incredibly satisfying. Responses were made a day top after you email them a question. I am new to online business and the whole dropshipping concept, but with Gooten, everything is made easy, including the whole publication process of your first product. Starting from their preference settings to their UI, everything is designed with convenience in mind.
However, I have not reached the ordering stage, I am still uncertain about the finishing product including the printing quality. Yet, with all the positive experience so far, I am looking forward to posting another positive review.
Product catalog is big but need more moqups and style. very easy to use and has good shipping rates and customer service.

This app is easy to install and worked instantly. I was able to source many items from Gooten that I couldn't get anywhere else. I found the app easy to navigate and the design process was simple to navigate with nice mock-ups also.

Their customer service has been great, as has the average fulfillment time. Integration is also pretty seamless. I took two starts off because there have been some quality issues with certain products lately.
This app shows promise and I would like to see it grow to provide a larger selection of products and some more features to the app it's self. Good luck Gooten

Love it! It is a little over priced but its ok because the service is great! Shipping times are fantastic, the printing is high quality, and the customer support is chill!
