I placed the exact same order with Gooten and another top POD service. The embroidered hat is taking a bit longer to get to me then the other company but so far everything has been very comparable. The one major difference was the cell phone case. With the other company I got a cheap, flimsy plastic case. With Gooten I received a case that will actually protect my phone! Overall my experience has been great and I can't think of a reason why someone would not want to use this service. A++
I use this app to help link my Gooten account for easy accessibility. It is working well so far so good. I had one print issue, but we are working to correct that,

Been using Gooten for 1 year now and this is by far the best POD provider out there. I have used them all and Gooten never lets me down. 100000000% recommended.

For some products, fulfillment times are delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions at our manufacturing partners' facilities, coupled with an unexpected increase in order volumes. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of their work. The color on my totes are the EXACT color of the design. My orders have been fulfilled and shipped very quickly. I would give 5 stars if they offered bulk pricing.
I am very happy to have come across Gooten! So many different types of products! Definitely the only one I have come across with so many products. I'm just really getting into the app and everything seems to be running smoothly! I would recommend it to anyone looking for simplicity. Every question I have asked was immediately followed up with a email and the option to speak on the phone. I will return with another follow up in about a month. Still trying to get the feel of this app.
I switched to Gooten after working with another POD company. What a difference! Gooten has great customer service agents. They went beyond what I was asking them, and included screenshots, links, videos and detailed instructions to help me get started and to address any problems I was having. They even followed up to see how I was doing with their instructions. The app is very easy to install, and integration is a snap. You can add variations with ease! While I am still new and figuring some things out, it is seamless and easy to navigate and get support when needed. I am so happy I made the switch from PM.

It really isn't difficult to hire some VA's in another country to handle your support emails. Going 2 weeks without a reply is unacceptable, and blaming COVID is not an excuse at this point. Hire someone to answer emails, you are still making sales and therefore making money.
I will simply have to switch suppliers based on this. The quality is good but not outstanding, the fulfillment times are OK because of COVID but the support is non-existant. Why is it every other POD company is managing to answer emails normally but you can't?
Edit: Replying to my review with the same copy-pasted reply for each complaint here really doesn't cut it, sorry isn't enough at this point. Do something about it, you're in a position to do so and it really illustrates your lack of leadership/management skills.

One of the worst services ever. When you contact customer service, it takes 15 days to reply if any. Packages are often lost, fake tracking codes - this company is a madness.
From now on, I'll post a 1-star review every single day of waiting for their customer service to reply.
