I've used Gooten for years and they are by far my favorite POD vendor! They offer many products, at reasonable prices and their platform makes the order process simple (compared to others). While I miss being able to online chat with their customer service, they are always responsive and helpful by email.
Not sure about them. Their mockup generator is terrible. The photos are blurry or too small of an image for anyone to even see. I asked them to fix the issue but I have not heard back from them.
I am looking for an app that will do puzzles. Unfortunately, your puzzles say they only ship to US. I contacted Gooten and your staff member, Evelin found out that you do ship to Canada for $9.84. However this feature to ship to Canada is not available from your Product page. I have decided not to use Gooten because I Iive in Canada and I want to be able to ship puzzles in Canada.

I am giving Gooten 3 stars because the app is pretty easy to use but I have had customer complaints about the print quality. I have to say that when I started doing print on demand a few years ago I used them more often but after last years holiday season I stopped using them as much as that is when I started getting customer complaints with quality.
I love Gooten. Their variety of products is greater than the other competitors I've seen. I had a few issues with my products because of a mistake I made and they helped me correct it almost instantly for no extra charge. This is probably one of the best Print on Demand services out there.
Honestly, we liked their products and hope to continue using them but their customer service is awful. No way to contact them except email and they take days or weeks to respond and then more time to try to get the problem resolved. We have 2 open issues with them that have been ongoing for weeks and neither is resolved. One is my product was being sent to a customer missing a part. Still no resolution or communication. Very frustrating.

After trying almost every other POD supplier, Gooten is by far the best out there. The products they offer are great quality, Customer Service is fast and responsive, and shipping times are unbeatable. Thank you so much guys:)
The people at Gooten are incredible. Their service is truly world class and they do their best to actually serve their clients. Haven't had any problems with them so I highly recommend you check them out!
I've been waiting for the response from the support team for more than TWO MONTHS - 2 MONTHS WITHOUT THE REPLY!!!
Don't use it if you want to have a reliable partner.
