Gooten: Print on Demand

I appreciate the variety in products and the quality of the products. What would be better is if the website and design software was more phone friendly as I do most of the work on my phone. I was also disappointed in the time it took for my designs to be approved and then the length of time they were in production. I assume it’s longer because of the holiday season and I’ll be interested to see ...

Four stars for the Gooten app and the ease of use within the website, pricing for products, etc. My samples came and while I'm going to change providers for a few of the products, this has less to do with Gooten and more to do with how detail-oriented the print providers are (the quality isn't what I'd send to my customers - minor issues like an untrimmed thread/mismatched thread color, card fold ...

I have been using gooten for almost 2 years and I love working with you! Other than the issue with the app a few weeks ago it's been great!

App is easy to use and I do recommend it highly. I do enjoy using it and that is all I can say at this time.

I’ve been using this app to add really unique pieces to my shop. I like that you can design for multiple variants at once. I do want to see better mock up capabilities within Gooten. Showing the product in a beautiful environment or a nice looking model would increase sales. I am also looking for more pet offerings, specifically sublimated printed dog collars and dog shirts.

Great customer service! Products take much longer than other services I've used though :( But the quality is good and i'm happy with both their DTG and DTF garments!

Haven't had any problems, but I do wish we can contact them through phone when immediate concerns needs assistance.

Gooten is great! I love the shipping / production times and the products are much better quality than expected. Only thing I wish was better was the mock up image generation. Some of them did not look as great as I would expect.

Very satisfied with the product selection, would like more options as well. Information was very understanding

The app is simple to use. I love the interface. When I had questions about shipping and product cost, I was easily able to find that with a quick search.
