We have been using Gooten for over a year now and are very happy with them. They are a bit expensive but offer an incredible variety of products and great customer service. Their app however could use some major improvements to integrate better with Shopify.

I use this app to help link my Gooten account for easy accessibility. It is working well so far so good. I had one print issue, but we are working to correct that,

I found this app while looking for a POD to make a mousepad website. This is the best app for pod. Free to use, has amazing rates for products, and is insanely fast to setup.

Really great app, but poor quality printing. We have been slowly migrating our print on demand products away from Gooten because about half of our customers complain about the print quality or item quality. We only use a few products from Gooten now. Highly suggest testing a product before offering it to your customers to avoid bad experiences.

I’ve been using this app for more than a year I spent a lot of time setting up all the products and images on my website. I’ve had an ongoing problem with them claiming they’ve sent orders out and when you check the tracking number they’ve never been shipped when you ask UPS they’ve never seen the packages! This is not a one time occurrence but has happened several times now it’s unacceptable . Rather than acknowledged the problem and fix it they continue to make up stories that the packages are lost in transit . They have hurt my reputation with several of my longtime good customers. They will continue to claim they mailed the packages anyway. And when you’re trying to get the reprint sent out it takes three days or more for them to respond often times through email because there’s no phone support Are used to have a manager I could reach out to you now they’re telling me I have to spend $25,000 in Prints every quarter to have access to a manager! In the tbeginning I was satisfied with this service but now it’s turned into a giant headache for me and my customers

I have been extremely pleased with the quality of their work. The color on my totes are the EXACT color of the design. My orders have been fulfilled and shipped very quickly. I would give 5 stars if they offered bulk pricing.

Absolutely the WORST company to use for POD. I paid full price for a test print on a product. The resulting color print was COMPLETELY OFF. They refused to do a reprint and suggested another full price charge on a sample that was supposedly their own fault for not printing the correct color. I would give 0 stars if possible. They obviously are not interested in getting sales from my 500,000 customer base. Companies like this will be out of business soon.

I have used Gooten for the last few years both for my personal business and when I was previously managing another larger business. From the beginning, I have been impressed with their level of customer service and willingness to help with any situation that arises. Every communication experience I've had with a Gooten Support representative has been excellent. They offer an amazing variety of products and my customers love them. I've loved watching them grow with their ever-growing product selection and with the recent addition of new mock-up photos for several of the products. I highly recommend Gooten for dropship print on demand needs!

I'm lowering my rating on this drop shipper, unfortunately. I've grown tired of the poor quality of their products and the mistakes in shipping the wrong product. I've now taken my tea towels off my store because the quality of their product is just awful. I don't know if I'll even continue using their pillow covers at this point. What a shame.

Awful customer service with little to no follow up majority of the time. Had to disable multiple products (tumblers and fanny packs) due to way too many quality control issues -- wrong products from other stores arriving to my customers, fanny packs arriving with the zipper sewn into the seams, items arriving with zippers sticking or strings hanging, prints not aligning properly and tumblers arriving without lids CONSTANTLY. Bottom line, if you're looking for quality products - do not use Gooten, I'm honestly going to remove the app and my account.
