The app would be a great addition if it worked and if the tech support would answer to make it work. It worked a few days then it vanished from the checkout page. update: The support got in touch a few days later and solved the problem. The only issue is that the app only show up on the cart, but not during the check out process.

GovX is just what I was looking for. It's a super easy and effective way for us to offer a military/responder discount to our customers. I would highly recommend it!
We have had this app installed for a couple of weeks, and it functions very well. Previously, we had been creating discount codes for military/veterans and providing them by word of mouth. There was no way to prevent the codes from being passed along and used by non-military customers. Now that we have the app, we can offer the discount and not have to worry about fraudulent use. As a veteran-owned company, it's important to us to be able to give back to active military and veterans. This app gives us the ability to put the discount out there without worrying about unauthorized use.

This app is a MUST with any and all ecommerce websites. It's extremely easy to integrate into your website, the customer service is as good as it gets, and it's a seamless way of offering discounts to military personnel as well as other service men and women. Very easy set up, customers love it, feels good to help out military and first responders. Removes some of the friction from our customer service team who kept getting asked about discounts and would manually create them. Highly recommend!
