With a brick & mortar, it's always easy to check a military ID for validity during a transaction. But when doing business online, we were told by a Military Officer that requesting copies of military IDs to verify service was not allowed. So we needed to find a solution - GovX ID.

Not only did it give us the opportunity to easily offer military discounts so we could in some additional way say "thank you for your service," but it also boosted our business. So thanks GovX ID, and a personal thank you to all the service members that keep us safe!

The best service verification app out there! GovX has done an amazing job building a community out of their service member users as well as the stores that provide discounts. We get invites for promotions and events they do all the time. Lots of ways to get involved and promote your business. All around a great app, great community and awesome support staff.

Super helpful support. I needed help figuring out why my logo wouldn’t load after years of using. Also needed to stop discount items from allowing an additional code- the instructions were so clear and accurate, I fixed the issue in minutes from sending a help request. Just getting started with GovX but so far everything has been great! Easy install, great communication from customer service and they even helped me with the code to move the verification button on my checkout screen. I like that they are veteran owned and that the service is free with an easy way to opt into their marketing services.

Very easy to install and amazing customer service. Being a veteran and some veteran employees, this app meant a lot to us to be able to offer our customers. We have shopify plus so there was some coding to be able to use it with our cart. We also have Rebuy. This was no issue at all. I just sent in a ticket and after a few email exchanges they went right in with the access we gave them and fixed it ASAP. It was easy to use and they have a prepopulated page to explain the process for customers so you do not have to write it yourself.

As a veteran-owned and run company, being able to provide discounts to active duty military, veterans, and first responders is important to us. GovX ID makes it simple! If you want to support those that risk their lives for us, this is the easiest way to do it! Their dashboard makes it easy to set up and when we had trouble with a theme update, their technical support helped fix the issue that day.

Jessica Milligan was very helpful in making sure we were squared away with the correct discounts and when the special promotion of an extra % off for a certain period of time. She also reached back out to make sure that we had corrected it back after the promotion was over. Very helpful, kind, and quick responses.

GovX takes all the verification work off the store owner so you can be sure the discount goes to a deserving customer. I believe it’s important to give back to those that serve and this app makes its so easy to do. Highly recommended!
