This app has been great. We started taking orders almost immediately and I very much appreciate how thorough and streamlined the setup process. GovX made it very easy.

Super easy to use and install! The app is fantastic. We used to have to do military discounts manually, but now the whole thing is automated. Love it!

App is awesome and great to use. The customer service is just as good too. We had some badge alignment issues once we installed the app but Jessica fixed it within 24 hours. She's the best!

I'm a vet and I liked the idea of having service verified when I used GovX as a customer in the past. As I'm finishing up my Shopify store I was happy to find that they had an app to use. I had an issue getting it to work but the logo file I was using was too large. Support responded the same day and figured it out pretty quickly.

Very simple install instructions, and the install flowed seamlessly up until the very end - when I discovered that the GovX login/widget will not show up on your checkout page, unless you have Shopify Plus. So you'll have to train people to use the GovX login/widget on the Cart page instead. I wasn't aware of that going into the install, and was a little disappointed. Also, no way to differentiate discounts between professions, and no way to tag accounts with for example "leo", "efr", or "vet" once people have registered with GovX, which would then allow segment targeting in email apps like Klaviyo. Hopefully they will add those features in the future. Otherwise, a great app that I look forward to testing out more in the future.
