We've been using Grapevine for a few years and it's great. We created a survey that asks our customers how they found us. About 1 in 7 customers reply. It gives us a good idea of what marketing is working and what isn't. The Grapevine customer service is really good.

Absolutely fantastic. This app is just as good, if not better than the really expensive ones, it's super easy to use, and the support is next level! Stu from their support team went above and beyond to help me set up some really complicated specific customer tagging we wanted to achieve based on the results of the survey. A great surveys app that integrates very easily. Excellent analytics and ease of reviewing survey responses. Support is very knowledgeable, personable, and fast - a huge plus. All said, we would love to see the Order Status Page and all surveys be customizable in terms of colors and branded elements.

Shopify’s rollout of their new PCI-compliant post-purchase pages are designed to improve checkout security and performance across all stores, however this does limit some of the customization options we were previously able to offer directly on the post-purchase page.
App works great and customer support responds fast and solves any issues that might appear. We got some good insights into what tea our customers are preferring.

If you ever decide you'd like a unique Customer Satisfaction survey for each POS location, just let us know, it's very simple to implement.
I have used Grapevine since we launched our store in January and it has been a super helpful app.
We have used it to understand which channels are working and driving purchase.
We have also created surveys to understand why customers are buying and re-buying our products, which is helping drive our advertising messaging.
This app has been fundamental to helping us grow Month on Month and the support team are always a pleasure to deal with.
