I have been looking everywhere for a ‘how did you hear about us’ app and this one is perfect and it’s free! What I love about it, other than being very easy to set up, is that it asks the question on the thank you page after a customer places an order which is perfect!
The app is super simple, easy to use and elegant. The premium version fees is also very rational unlike many other apps on the store. Would recommend.

Super helpful and simple. It's very important to know how people are finding out about us, and a post checkout survey is definitely the best way to do that. Easy integration, easy way to view the data, and we've gotten ~50% response rate which is great. Plus developers responded to a custom request quickly. Thank you!
