This app is really easy to set up and can be customized in tons of different ways.
Amazing customer service as well - I'm not very technical myself, so Steve on the Grapevine team helped customize the widget to fit my theme.

I use the app for a few days and I just have to say it works perfectly !! As simple as described. I wanted to customize the "Submit" default button to fit our langage (French) and Steve and all the support team were really effective. In less than 24hours, they did an option to let me edit it in the settings. Really customer centrer for a FREE app :)
