Great little app and it's priced fairly ($3 a month should be the standard for all apps that do just one thing)
4 stars rather than 5 because of one feature it desperately needs:
At the moment you can only make one survey. If you want to change your survey question you have to ask the team to wipe your data and start again (making sure to download the data first)
It would be great if you could change the survey question and this would then create a new tab in the analytics, rather than having to delete everything
I'd also really like to see a bit more segmentation so that the survey gets shown to people based on what they buy.
At the moment, my survey is asking a question about the main product, but it's not particularly relevant to customers that are buying something different.

We may introduce some of your suggestions in the future, however, the level of development and support required to deliver and maintain those features would, unfortunately, lead to a more expensive app.
Great app, easy to use and FREE! I Would recommend this app to everyone for post-purchase surveys, simple yet effective.

This app is perfect and does exactly what it needs to. Discover how your customers found you, and add custom options for customers to choose from!
This is great! I love the reporting it gives, it makes it super easy to see where we're getting the most bang for our advertising buck. It was frustrating not knowing how big of an impact TV commercial was having compared to PPC. This gives us another glimpse at that!
This is a good app, I do recommend this to people who want a good way to obtain geographical information to help find your target market.

Great App - Thank you ! Nice and easy interface, I do enjoy the fact that it is free so store owners can see if hat works fro them and not drag themselves in any useless subscriptions

One suggestion would be giving us the option to change the color of the button.
Hi, thanks for the review! We have a Custom CSS field in the Settings tab of the Grapevine app where you can enter CSS styles to control the form elements. I'll send you the CSS you need to style the form to your liking.
