This app is awesome! It's super easy to use and customize. It's exactly what we were looking for, and we love that it's free since we are a small nonprofit.
I needed help through customer service to change the colour css code for the submit button on the 'how did you find us?' survey app. The response time was fast and Steve really helped me to feel supported and resolved the issue within just a few minutes. I really recommend using this Shopify App!!

Excellent app. Very useful, non-intrusive way to collect useful customer data and an extremely responsive developer. Very impressed with both the insight I've gained through the app and the experience in just a couple weeks!

What a great little app! As soon as I installed it I was getting feedback. I knew I got sales from all differnt platforms, and FB ads tell me exactly what my paid activity sends me, but now I've got real life feedback from people and a nice breakdown of the revenue each generates. It's self-reported so may not be 100% accurate, but its a lot better than what I had before - exactly nothing! And the free version is more than enough data for me right now. Once I get bigger and have more orders I'll almost definitely upgrade to ask more questions but for now, this is ideal. Thanks!

Super helpful and simple. It's very important to know how people are finding out about us, and a post checkout survey is definitely the best way to do that. Easy integration, easy way to view the data, and we've gotten ~50% response rate which is great. Plus developers responded to a custom request quickly. Thank you!

Great App - Thank you ! Nice and easy interface, I do enjoy the fact that it is free so store owners can see if hat works fro them and not drag themselves in any useless subscriptions

I use this app to get feedback on how our customers hear about us so we can target our marketing. The app was very easy to install and the customer service has been excellent! When I have clicked on the link for support they get back to me right away.

Super easy to use! This app provides really helpful information for marketing purposes. The data gathered by the app is presented in easy to view pie charts. It has been a great resource.

Just tested this out, it is very easy to use and does what it promises. Maybe in the future, they can add an option to change colors for the button instead of relying on coding it yourself. Either way, love this little app and it's free.

Hi, thanks for the review! We have a Custom CSS field in the Settings tab of the Grapevine app where you can enter CSS styles to control the form elements. I'll send you the CSS you need to style the form to your liking.

This is a good app, I do recommend this to people who want a good way to obtain geographical information to help find your target market.
If it does what I hope it does then it deserves five stars and should be highly recommended to anyone starting out in e commerce.
