Grapevine is an excellent app. It has easy to set up and gives us several options to get post-purchase information from our customers. The survey results have been very helpful for us in understanding how customers are learning about our brand and what led to their purchase.

Great app and very easy to implement. We recently started using Grapevine for a post-purchase survey and were surprised to see a ~75% response rate.
