A great surveys app that integrates very easily. Excellent analytics and ease of reviewing survey responses. Support is very knowledgeable, personable, and fast - a huge plus. All said, we would love to see the Order Status Page and all surveys be customizable in terms of colors and branded elements.

Shopify’s rollout of their new PCI-compliant post-purchase pages are designed to improve checkout security and performance across all stores, however this does limit some of the customization options we were previously able to offer directly on the post-purchase page.
This app delivers incredible value and performs just as well—if not better—than premium alternatives. The user-friendly interface makes setup a breeze, and the customer support is outstanding. Stu from the support team went out of his way to assist with a complex customer tagging system we needed, ensuring everything worked seamlessly.
